We have a 14 day return policy
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
Only items that have been purchased directly from our webshop can be returned to Läst. Läst products purchased through other retailes must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
How to return
Fill in the return form attached to your order confirmation and send it with your returned item. If you have lost your return form, you can find it HERE. Then you pack your items in a box and put your package label on the outside.

Missing original packaging may possibly result in an impairment. In order to be sure to receive the full refund-amount, it is recommended that the item is returned in original packaging.
You will be liable for any deterioration in the value of the product due to handling other than that necessary to determine the nature of the product, its characteristics, and the manner in which it operates. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not take it in actual use. If the item is tested in addition to what is described above, we consider it used, which means that upon cancellation of the purchase you will only receive part or none of the purchase amount, depending on the item's commercial value.
Repayment
If you regret your purchase, you will get back the amount you paid to us. In case of an impairment that you are liable for, this purchase amount is deducted.
If you use your right of cancellation, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs, without undue delay and at all circumstances within 14 days from the date we received the shoes. We will make such a refund with the same payment method as you used for the original transaction unless you have explicitly agreed otherwise. We may withhold the refund until we have received your returned goods.
